About Me

From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors. Some of my best memories are of the adventurous bike rides and camping trips my dad took me and my brothers on. Despite the scraped knees, bug bites, and soggy tents, my passion for outdoor activities has remained unwavering.

As an athlete and outdoor enthusiast, I’ve also dealt with injuries, surgeries, and repetitive strain. That experience pushed me to find what actually works—not just for temporary relief, but for long-term recovery.

Today, I help clients get out of pain by using a brain-based musculoskeletal approach to bodywork.
Ever stretched or foam-rolled an area, only to have the relief fade quickly? The results don’t last because you don’t actually know what’s causing the issue. My work focuses on identifying and correcting those underlying issues.

My approach includes:
1. Assessment – We identify compensation patterns through manual muscle testing and movement analysis.
2. Treatment – Targeted, hands-on specific massage resets dysfunctional muscles and relieves tension.
3. Integration – Simple corrective exercises help you maintain and build on your results.

What is NeuroKinetic Therapy

NeuroKinetic Therapy ®(NKT) is a corrective movement system used to identify and address faulty movement patterns that develop after injury, surgery, or repetitive strain.

When your body is injured, your brain adapts by creating new movement patterns to keep you functioning. Over time, these compensations can lead to pain and dysfunction.

NKT ® uses muscle testing to tap into the nervous system and uncover these patterns—so we can address the root cause, not just the symptoms. Often, the source of pain isn’t where you feel it.

This is for you if:
 • You lift, train, or stay active
 • You’ve tried stretching/foam rolling with no lasting results
 • You want to know why you’re having pain and discomfort
