I am located in The Wellness Center. Parking is off street and also behind the building. Please note that I do not take insurance. If you have a PIP/MVA claim I will give you a Superbill for you to submit it through your insurance. Cancellation policy: I understand that illness and emergencies come up so please communicate with me to get you rescheduled. No-shows will be charged full price of the service. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of half of the service price.
